South Windsor, CT branch office and on‑site at various customer locations.

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and at customer sites.
• Perform routine and complex calibrations on a variety of equipment per company processes and instructional documentation.
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain calibration activity records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support.
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates.

• Quick learning of mechanical and technical skills.
• Adaptable to multiple work environments.
• Customer‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, respectful, honest, and positive.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and endure physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, driving, and standing for long periods.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations in the South Windsor, CT area.

• Knowledge of metrology principles, procedures, and techniques gained through education or professional experience.
• Experience with electrical, physical, and/or mechanical calibration of equipment.
• Associate’s degree or higher in engineering, electronics, or related technical fields.
• Technical degree or certificate.
• Military PMEL training.
• Experience with Indy Soft.
