Mentorship & Learning:
Work side-by-side with the lead Plant Mechanic to learn our facility's machinery, workflows, and safety protocols;
Plant Maintenance & Repairs:
Assist with routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all equipment and infrastructure across the manufacturing warehouse;
Minimize Downtime:
Help diagnose mechanical issues quickly and safely to keep production running smoothly;
Facility Upkeep:
Perform general plant upkeep, building repairs, and component adjustments as directed;
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow all safety guidelines and procedures
