Swing Shift Janitor ​/ Groundskeeper

Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable anddetail-oriented Janitor / Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring our facilities and surroundinggrounds remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidatetakes pride in their work, can manage multiple cleaning and maintenance tasks, and has a proactive attitude.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, break rooms, restrooms,and common areas
• Dust surfaces, vents, ledges, and furniture
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors,and fixtures
• Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility
• Perform light-duty repairs such as replacing light bulbs,tightening screws, and reporting larger issues
• Maintain janitorial supplies and notify supervisor when reorderingis needed

• Mow lawns, edge walkways, and use a leaf blower to keep exteriorareas neat and tidy
• Maintain outdoor areas by trimming shrubs, pulling weeds, and sweeping walkways
• Perform light sprinkler system maintenance and minor repairs
• Clean outdoor drains, sumps, and curbs as needed
• Remove trash and debris from outdoor areas including parking lotsand entryways
• Ensure outdoor areas are kept safe, presentable, and hazard-free

• Monday through Friday 4:00PM to 1:00AM alternating Saturdays8:00AM-2:00PM. This would also be a position where on occasion youwould need to cover other positions as early as 8am to 5pm, 10am to7pm., when needed.

• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and lawn tools (e.g.,vacuums, trimmers, hand tools)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a routine schedule
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part ofa team
• Reliable and punctual

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting (up to 80 lbs.), and working indoors and outdoors
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and seasonal weather conditions
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
