WhatYou'll Do
Janitor personnel are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and usability of the buildings and grounds across the Summit Point campus. This individual must possess a professional demeanor and a keen attention to detail. This position is part of a team—teamwork, cooperation, and communication are essential for success. Because Janitorial work takes place before clients arrive, this is a fast-paced role where tasks must be completed efficiently and effectively.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For- Cleaning and maintaining buildings, facilities, and equipment.
- Using cleaning tools and products to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Removing and disposing of trash following appropriate policies.
- Collaborating with team members to complete daily tasks on time.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. Hours are 4:00 AM – 1:30 PM.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of general cleaning work experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
This position is very active and requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, use of hands, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items up to 100 pounds.
Work ConditionsTypical assignments are frequently performed in both internal and external environments with a variety of weather conditions. Ability to work under extreme hot or cold weather conditions with exposure to dust or dirt and hazards is routine and may require the use of protective personal equipment. Most of the work is performed in outside weather conditions. The worker may be subject to atmospheric conditions, is frequently in close quarters, and is required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
