Summary:

** We are looking for a professional Janitor able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. This is part-time position.

*** Must be able to perform all phases of cleaning, including, but not limited to:  + Maintaining floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and/or waxing  + Dusting wooden surfaces  + Emptying and clean trash receptacles and collect recycling  + Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking consumables in bathrooms and kitchens  + Replacing light bulbs and changing filters  + Cleaning windows
* Responding to special requests such as emergency clean-up or event preparation
* Cleaning and servicing custodial equipment as needed
* Performing minor repairs on furniture, buildings, appliances, fixtures, and equipment
* Reporting any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards
* Ensuring grounds areas are clean and orderly, including shoveling snow and sweeping entry-way
* Comply with Company Bio-Security Rules and Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, Animal Welfare Policies and all other Procedures and Standards.
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* Previous custodial and grounds experience preferred
* Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
* Comfortable squatting, twisting, bending, and kneeling while using tools and performing maintenance tasks
* Ability to climb ladders and work from heights
* Possess working knowledge of the methods, technique, and materials used in custodial work
* Familiar with operating, caring for, and storing custodial equipment and supplies
* Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
* Prioritization and time management skills
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
