Builder Lead

• Serve as a working floor supervisor, engaging in the construction and fitting of components while leading all aspects of daily work activities and team performance.
• Supervise and direct employees on the floor to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Install all building components including HVAC units, windows, and doors.
• Read and interpret prints and bills of materials to ensure detailed execution.
• Finish the necessary paperwork and confirm all parts are shipped with the building.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and man lifts safely.
• Load and unload building materials with precision.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed.
• Adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with ease.

• Prior experience supervising or leading employees in a hands-on work environment.
• A proven background in construction or related field.
• Experience with assembly and installation tasks.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and handling construction tools.
• The ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of the job, including working in various weather conditions, lifting, pulling and moving heavy material, standing for long periods of time.
