Job Summary
Basic job requirements: maintain the cleanliness of all building windows for Flag Ship. The position is paid at $30.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Clean interior and exterior commercial and retail windows within the facility.
- Work at ground level and use ladders to reach upper floor windows.
- Use extension poles or water‑fed extension pole and water system.
- Interact with clients to discuss job requirements.
- Dust, wash walls, clean ceilings, polish light fixtures.
- Wash and replace blinds.
- Maintain cart and equipment organized.
- Periodically dust high partitions and ledges.
- Clean interior partition glass and maintain vacuums.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months experience in commercial facilities and building window cleaning (desired).
- Good listening and verbal communication skills.
- Must maintain a neat appearance; uniform required at some worksites.
- Attend periodic training and safety meetings.
- Must be punctual.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
Work in small‑to‑large office environments. Safety glasses required during certain tasks. Fast‑paced work environment with moderate noise. Employees are regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, cleaning products and noise. Must be able to stand, walk, sit for long periods, perform repetitive movements, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. May occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds of office and facilities equipment, cleaning products, tools, ladders and trash.

Safety classes are performed by Flag Ship. Employees must be able to safely use provided equipment and follow safety procedures.
