RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to maintain and enhance the value of our apartment communities. This on-site role will assume Maintenance Manager responsibilities when the manager is unavailable.
You will coordinate emergency on-call work, complete tasks within 24–48 hours, document activities, and communicate with residents and teams ensuring OSHA safety and regulatory compliance.
