Full-Time Day Shift Janitor – Mineral Wells, WV

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our Mineral Wells location.
Pay: $15.00 / hour
Hours:
40 hours/week, Monday – Friday (6:30 AM – 2:00 PM)
Location:
Single site in Mineral Wells, WV
Benefits:
Eligible after 60 days of employment
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Gather and empty trash and recycling containers.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
- Dust fixtures, wipe down surfaces, and maintain overall facility cleanliness.
- Operate standard cleaning equipment safely and report maintenance issues as needed.
- Strong work ethic, hard-working, and highly detail oriented.
- Prior experience with commercial cleaning supplies and equipment preferred.
- Customer service mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
