Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain cleanliness and appearance of floors in a long-term care facility. You will operate floor care equipment, buff and refinish floors, and support a safe, sanitary environment for residents and staff.
The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and excellent customer service as you interact with residents and coworkers. A high school diploma is preferred, and previous floor care experience is welcome but not required.
