Job Description:
- Must have at least 2-5 years Facilities maintenance experience.
- Two or more years’ experience in pharma or academic research/laboratory environment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and as needed repairs on systems including but not limited to: HVAC, pH neutralization, RODI, compressed air, vacuum systems, lighting, electricity generators, and security card readers.
- Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing systems for research facilities.
