Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utility infrastructure;
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory equipment, clean utilities, and facility infrastructure;
Monitor environmental control systems such as temperature, humidity, and air quality;
Manage facility services including inventory control, contracted maintenance, and general upkeep activities;
Provide on-call support for emergency situations, coordinating with teams to minimize operational disruptions
