** Typical daily duties:*
* - Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas

- Wet/dry cleaning of floors, windows, and surfaces using commercial equipment

- Collecting, separating, and disposing of solid and recycled waste

- Reporting maintenance needs and following safety/security protocols

- Assisting with office moves and basic facility repairs

* - High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required

- Knowledge of building services or trade-specific skills/knowledge

- Strong time management and attention to detail

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written procedures
