- Translate business goals into a cohesive user experience by reconciling user and business needs, technical capabilities, and interaction design and usability best practices
- Research and communicate opportunities to enhance product experiences through user research and testing
- Partner with marketing, product management, and product development to create design architecture, specifications, and product requirements
- Facilitate brainstorming and working sessions with business stakeholders and execution teams
- Use design tools to create storyboards, samples, prototypes, and templates for demonstrations and user testing
- Review proposed product changes and enhancements for alignment with user experience design and satisfaction standards, and suggest improvements
- Evaluate market and consumer user experience research and update design architecture based on trends and patterns
- Perform user design research, including aggregating and analyzing primary and secondary research data
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invasion, Photoshop, Marvel, and Overflow
- Ability to translate user research insights into designs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interfacing with customers and working with a team
- Flexible and decisive
- Ability and experience leading complex projects
- Ability to define and prioritize problems to be tackled
Demonstrates expertise in UX/UI design with a strong ability to translate user research insights into effective designs. Proficient in leading complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product experiences.
