Part Time Faculty - Accounting

Job Overview

The Department of Accounting in the College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University is seeking part‑time lecturers to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in financial accounting, managerial accounting, taxation, and accounting information systems.

• Teach undergraduate courses (4 units each) and graduate courses (3 units each).
• Develop and deliver course materials and assessments.
• Meet with students during office hours and provide academic support.
• Schedule classes to meet once or twice per week, days or evenings, as required.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Relevant graduate degree (MBA, Master’s in Accounting, or similar).
• Valid CPA license.
• Prior college teaching experience preferred.

Minimum salary is $2,517 per unit taught. Faculty:
Regular.
