Assistant Manager

Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager, you are part of the leadership team. You help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. You provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance and collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies for business success and operational support.

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand while maximizing profitability.
• Own the designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.) and manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist in recruiting, training and development efforts as needed.
• Partner with leadership to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates.
• Create innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into a variety of roles on the sales floor when needed.

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionate about supporting the brand, customers, and teams.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, courtesy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch for product, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
