The Catalyst Corporation is hiring ambitious, career-driven individuals to join our team as Entry Level Management Trainees in Oak Brook, IL
.

This position is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales, customer acquisition, business development, and management
. Our hands-on training program develops future leaders from the ground up, beginning with the fundamentals of customer engagement and sales before progressing into leadership and business operations.

You'll start by learning our face-to-face sales and customer acquisition process while receiving full paid training and one-on-one coaching
. As you demonstrate consistency and leadership ability, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in team development, recruiting, campaign management, and daily operations.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Oak Brook, IL office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.

• Represent client campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions

• Develop hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, and customer engagement

• Learn effective communication, presentation, and consultative sales techniques

• Work toward individual and team sales and performance goals

• Learn business operations, leadership, and performance management

• Work directly with experienced managers through hands-on coaching and mentorship

• Assist with coaching and developing new team members as your responsibilities grow

• Track performance and contribute to overall campaign success

• Develop the skills necessary to progress into leadership and management responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous sales or management experience is not required
