Job Details
Experience:
Mid Level
Salary: $105,000 - $145,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout
- Manage day-to-day field operations including subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality control
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
- Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe, compliant jobsite at all times
- Lead subcontractor meetings and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges to avoid delays or cost overruns
- Ensure workmanship meets company standards and project specifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects (education, municipal, or commercial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction means & methods, scheduling, and sequencing
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex project logistics
- Familiarity with construction management or design-build delivery methods preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred
