Hoffmann Oberweis Dairy is looking for Managers for our stores in the northwest suburbs of Chicago! Are you up to the challenge to making someone's life a little happier, a little easier, and a lot more delicious? If so, we want you!

Store Manager Salary Range: $45,000- $55,000

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality.
  • Execute the day in, day out operations in one of our stores.
  • Meet and succeed profit and loss goals
  • Lead, supervise, and train in product preparation, including portioning, packaging, and cleaning
  • Manage cost controls and inventory.
Qualifications
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the restaurant industry, including knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Technology: Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus!
  • Experience: 5+ years management experience
