Housekeeper​/Cleaner PT

Overview

The Westfield Area YMCA is looking to hire a part-time Housekeeper/Cleaner to work the following weekend shifts:

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, sanitation and perform basic maintenance repairs, as assigned
• Daily cleaning duties (i.e., disinfecting surfaces, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows and trash removal)
• Perform facility room setups/breakdowns

$16.00-$19.25 per hour
, based on years of related experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate a mature, professional attitude in the workplace.
• Must have the ability to speak English and understand both written and verbal communications in English.
• Hands-on experience with custodial systems, equipment and chemical usage highly preferred.
