Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the property including picking up litter and emptying trash cans.
- Participate in the set‑up and execution of special events.
- Maintain work areas and equipment.
- Be watchful for security related issues that could be detrimental to the success of the property.
- Must be flexible with work schedule including working 2nd shift, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., weekends, holidays, and events when necessary.
- Must be a self‑starter with a team‑oriented personality.
- Must be a good communicator.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to get dirty and work in all types of weather.
