Overview
The goal of this position is to keep the building and equipment running smoothly by performing repairs, maintenance, and upkeep.
Responsibilities- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on school facilities. Tasks may include minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Address issues related to building systems.
- Maintain safety standards by ensuring that all equipment and facilities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of school equipment. Ensure that all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Keep track of maintenance supplies and materials, and request replacements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
