Westminster Asbury, a senior living community located in Cocoa, Florida is seeking to hire a full time Janitor. This position is responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls.
Essential Job FunctionsResponsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls; vacuuming, dusting, mopping and taking out trash. This position involves thorough cleaning of all individual apartments in preparation for renting.
Minimum QualificationsA high school education or equivalent and up to one month related experience or training. Working with older adults is desirable, preferably a minimum of 6 months.
Detail OrientedCapable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
