** Responsible*
* + Manages, troubleshoots and diagnoses the design, repairs, planning and construction of equipment, machinery, buildings, vehicles and industrial systems for commercial buildings.

+ Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.

+ Troubleshoots, evaluates and makes recommendations for upgrading maintenance operations and/or implement saving opportunities.

+ Inspects buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions including but not limited to fire and life safety systems.

+ Understands and comply with applicable codes, regulations, governmental and company directives as related to building operations and safe work habits.

+ 2-4 years' experience.

** Education*
* + High school Diploma / GED or Secondary Education completed

Hours:

8am to 5pm, 8:30-5:30 and/or 9-6

** Pay Details:**  $44.16 per hour
