Provide high quality maintenance across the campus including physical plant, machinery and equipment, and preventive/corrective maintenance;
Repair and replace electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors/windows, locks, shelving, and furnishings as needed;
Complete daily work orders and manage daily maintenance schedules;
Respond to emergencies and coordinate with service/warranty personnel when beyond department capability;
Assist Maintenance Supervisor with coordination of Maintenance Department and possibly train/lead other maintenance staff
