Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Installation Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform basic inspections while learning RFR SOPs.
- Perform engine services such as oil and filter changes, including fuel filters.
- Grease pump bearings and wheel bearings properly.
- Operate portable cordless, electric, and pneumatic tools safely.
- Operate shop stationary power tools safely.
- Know pipe fittings and flanges as they pertain to fitting pumps for customers.
- Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications.
- Receive, inspect, and stock needed products: oil filters, air filters, pumps, hoses, and tools.
- Read, comprehend, and apply information from parts diagrams, owner’s and instruction manuals.
- Inspect, examine, and test pumps using appropriate specifications.
- Complete paperwork and electronic documents as required by management.
- Participate in the on‑call rotation as needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Use a calculator, cellular telephone, and tape measure or ruler.
- Read a map, plan routes, and calculate distances.
- Be motivated, a team player, safety‑oriented, and have a customer‑service orientation.
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to reach or grasp, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move up to 25 pounds; frequently move up to 50 pounds; occasionally move up to 100 pounds. Requires manual dexterity, vision, and the ability to lift, move, and balance items in a physically demanding work environment.

$19.00 – $24.00 per hour
Qualifications- Education:
High School or GED or better. - Experience:
- 1–2 years mechanical experience.
- 1–2 years of trade school or equivalent training maintaining industrial, mud, vacuum, or submersible pumps.
