Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Building Maintenance
Responsible
Manages, troubleshoots and diagnoses the design, repairs, planning and construction of equipment, machinery, buildings, vehicles and industrial systems for commercial buildings.
Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
Troubleshoots, evaluates and makes recommendations for upgrading maintenance operations and/or implement saving opportunities.
Inspects buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions including but not limited to fire and life safety systems.
Understands and complies with applicable codes, regulations, governmental and company directives as related to building operations and safe work habits.
2-4 years’ experience.
- High school Diploma / GED or Secondary Education completed

8am to 5pm, 8:30-5:30 and/or 9-6
