Job Description We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial facilities maintenance, repair, and construction planning and a proven ability to diagnose issues, ensure code compliance, and optimize maintenance operations. Responsibilities:
Manage, troubleshoot, and diagnose maintenance and repair needs for equipment, machinery, buildings, vehicles, and industrial systems in commercial facilities. Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimating equipment, labor, materials, and related costs. Troubleshoot and evaluate maintenance operations and recommend upgrades or cost-saving opportunities. Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, including fire and life safety systems.

Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and directives related to building operations and safe work practices. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Experience with commercial facility systems, equipment maintenance, and building operations. Ability to plan and estimate projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Knowledge of safety, fire, and life safety systems with commitment to safe work habits. High School Diploma or GED. 2-4 years of relevant experience. Preferred

Skills:
