Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing issues and performing Repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards, and code requirements;
Execute the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining supplies;
Access and obtain materials/equipment from the maintenance department, track inventory, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including trash pickup, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage, and general cleaning
