** Position Summary
** The
** Make-Ready Technician
** is responsible for preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to company standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring apartments are move-in ready on schedule and that every resident’s first impression of their home is a positive one.

The Make-Ready Technician works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams and may assist with general maintenance needs across the property as required.

** Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* ** On-Call / Weekends:
** Occasional, based on business needs
** Key Responsibilities
*** Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning
* Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in
* Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards
* Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community

* Demonstrates working knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair

* Understands basic property maintenance operations, including service requests flow and unit readiness impact on occupancy
* Consistent attendance, dependability, and participation in on-call rotation (as applicable)
