The ODP Corporation - 2925 West Corporate Lakes Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Building Maintenance -- Perform painting, sheetrock repairs, and general Tenant Improvement work as needed.;
Conveyor System Maintenance -- Perform minor preventative maintenance tasks; support technicians during breakdowns.;
Equipment Maintenance -- Maintain equipment (i.e., scanners, photocells), battery room, and maintenance shop.;
Facility Cleanliness / Safety -- Ensure the maintenance shop is organized, neat and clean; follow safety protocols.;
Record Keeping -- Data entry and maintaining records of time, parts, and repairs.
