The Care One at Harmony Village at Valley is now hiring a Housekeeper for our Long Term Care and Assisted Living facility in Westwood, NJ.

Salary Range: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Part-Time: 15 hours per week

• Maintain the facility by cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Remove miscellaneous debris and discard trash.
• Refresh bath area by cleaning toilet, sinks; refilling hand towel and toilet paper dispensers.
• Clean floors by washing and vacuuming.
• Maintain furnishings by dusting, polishing furniture, and cleaning glass surfaces.
• Keep housekeeping supplies stocked and order new supplies as needed.
• Ensure equipment operates by following instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with security regulations.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Enhance housekeeping reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
