Overview
Night Porter / Sanitor. Able to work unsupervised during the night. Duties include major cleaning of interior restaurant building and equipment at the end of the day. Observe and enforce safety and security procedures.
Responsibilities- Dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling of cooking equipment including broiler, fryers, hood filters, etc.
- Changing grease in fryers and cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, windows, etc.
- Experience in the cleaning and maintenance of the building and equipment is desirable.
- Background check and Drug Screen required.
- Ability to work unsupervised during the night.
