Terms of Employment

• This is a full time position
• Full time work schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm
• The pay scale will be classification 1, step 1 ($26.50) an hour
• Effective date of employment on or around November 1, 2026

General Duties:

• Work includes that of general laborer to deliver supplies, move equipment, pick up rubbish, work as a groundskeeper.
• Motor equipment operator, operates power equipment, such as lawn mowers, gang mowers, tractors, fork lift, snowplows, trucks, helps around garage and other related duties as directed by Superintendent of Schools and the Manager of Buildings and Grounds.
• Painting interior and exterior of school/town buildings including: glazing, varnishing, wood finishing and refinishing, metal finishing, and other related duties as required.
