We are a mid‑sized, growth‑oriented construction materials manufacturer with over 50 years of continuous operation serving large‑scale commercial construction projects. With 5 manufacturing and distribution facilities and a strong regional footprint, we have built a reputation for quality, reliability, and long‑term client partnerships.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Accountant who can step in, take ownership of key accounting functions, and hit the ground running in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

The Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records across multiple facilities. This role will report directly to the Controller.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
• Assist with audit requests and compliance reviews
• Maintain and monitor internal controls
• Conduct detailed transaction reviews and forensic‑style analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
• Support financial statement preparation and reporting
• Perform account analysis and investigate variances
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Prepare schedules and documentation for external auditors
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role within accounting/forensic accounting/auditing
• Comfortable with accounting software
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
