Senior Accountant
Salary: 90-110k

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Prepare financial statements and reports for multiple entities (LLCs, partnerships, investors)
- Maintain general ledger, cash activity tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Manage capital calls, cash flow tracking, and loan/amortization schedules
- Partner with asset managers to support IRR, ROI, and investment reporting
- Coordinate with external tax firm and support K-1 preparation inputs
- Process wires, checks, and intercompany fund transfers
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience with financial statement preparation
- Experience in real estate, investments, lending, or related industries preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Quick Books (or similar systems)
