Service Coordinator - Commercial Property Maintenance in Wheeling

Apollo Commercial Maintenance is a leading commercial facility maintenance company providing services to commercial and retail property managers and owners in the Chicagoland area. We are looking for full-time Service Coordinators to join our growing team.

Our Service Coordinators are responsible for developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with our clients and managing and reporting on operational workflow. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer‑focused mindset.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, understand their needs, and act as their primary point of contact.
• Schedule, monitor and report on daily work order status to manage customer expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Process, manage and ensure resolution of all operational requests from clients.
• Meet on‑site with clients, vendors, inspectors, etc.
• Prepare quotes/proposals for maintenance projects and RFPs.
• Track time and materials on projects for invoicing, budgeting and reporting purposes.
• Conduct regularly scheduled property inspections to identify and communicate issues and deficiencies directly to clients.

• Bi‑lingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• 3‑5 years experience in facility maintenance and/or construction services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Organized, independent and detail‑oriented.
• Available for after‑hours communication, if necessary.
• Proficient in technology and social media platforms, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
