Expanding disaster Restoration Company is seeking a Construction Estimator for immediate hire at our Wheeling, WV office.
Duties Include:- Inspect the property damage onsite. Damages include fire, water, wind, hail claims and any other construction related damage.
- Prepare an estimate for the job.
- Negotiate with the insurance company.
- Sell the job to the property owner.
- Estimate and sell reconstruction jobs for properties damaged by fire or water for both residential and commercial properties.
- Experience estimating all types of jobs and using industry estimating software.
- Experience in the restoration industry a plus.
- Ability to use computer estimating software, computer skills, and construction knowledge is a must.
- Industry experience is a plus.
