Tasca Chevrolet in Wheeling, IL has Full-time openings for talented and outgoing individuals to join our multi-location team as a Service BDC Representative.

You will be responsible for handling service department calls, emails and leads while maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base. Full training available. Great opportunity! EOE

Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.
• Contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times.
• Take incoming service calls.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.
• Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into service department.
• Attend training as requested by manager.
• Follows script and instructions from a supervisor.

Compensation:

• $15 - $16.50 per hour
• Performance based monthly commissions
