Primary Care Physician Nursing Home- Wheeling, WV

Position Overview

WVUHS Medical Group seeks a Primary Care Physician to practice at WVU Medicine Wheeling Continuous Care Center and nearby nursing homes. The physician will manage a panel of nursing home patients, addressing routine and acute medical needs while ensuring high-quality, coordinated care in collaboration with facility staff.

• Manage a panel of nursing home patients.
• Address routine and acute medical needs.
• Ensure high-quality, coordinated care in collaboration with facility staff.

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and eligibility to obtain state medical license.
• Completed a geriatrics, family medicine, or internal medicine fellowship.
• Board certified or eligible in geriatrics, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.

Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

Exempt (United States of America).
