Plant Engineering Manager

The Plant Engineering Manager oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment to maintain proper functionality and efficiency. This position is responsible for researching and developing new designs and projects to improve manufacturing processes, proposing budgets for projects, and overseeing all the activities related to each project.

Travel: 5%

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week minimum

This role may require being on-call for nights and/or weekends for plant support.

This position may also be eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
