Are you passionate about quality, precision, and engineering excellence? Join our NTN Test Lab team as a Test Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of world‑class bearing solutions. This highly hands‑on role involves a wide variety of responsibilities with a primary focus on product testing. You will have access to a variety of testing machines as well as advanced metrology equipment.

- Manage test projects from inception to completion, including determining optimal methods, developing test plans, designing tooling, troubleshooting, collecting data, and presenting results in detailed formal written reports.
- Utilize advanced metrology equipment to review tested bearings and confirm accuracy of developed tooling.
- Collaborate with engineers, metallurgists, and technicians on a wide range of bearing‑related projects.
- Manage relationships with outside vendors and suppliers related to tooling and services.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME preferred).
- 1–5 years of hands‑on engineering experience (internships considered).
- Uses engineering principles to solve problems and develop appropriate action plans.
- Possesses solid communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
- Collaborates with peers and supervisors for guidance, escalating problems and roadblocks as they occur.
- Experience with 3D CAD software.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience doing hands‑on mechanical work and comfortable utilizing a variety of tools.
- Ability to work independently on multiple simultaneous projects and drive each to formal conclusion.
The base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, based on job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
