We are seeking an Order Entry Representative to join our team in Wheeling, IL. This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing customer service or sales support who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting customers, managing orders, and working cross‑functionally with operations and engineering teams.

• Manage assigned customer accounts with a focus on increasing satisfaction, sales, and gross margin
• Process quotes, orders, and follow‑ups, while providing delivery updates
• Handle customer issues including credits, debits, and returns (RMA)
• Communicate customer needs to Operations and Engineering teams
• Monitor and manage pricing and inventory agreements
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure continuity of service
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Handle a high volume of orders (50–75 complex orders with multiple line items)
• Support both domestic and international clients within the Power Transmission team

• 2+ years of experience in order entry, sales support, or customer service
• Experience with order entry and ERP systems
• Strong product knowledge background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail

• Experience with pricing and inventory management
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, IL.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
