OverviewOnePoint Patient Care is hiring a Full Time Pharmacy PBM Tech in Glenview, IL! Join our closed‑door pharmacy team where you'll work in a non‑retail environment, dedicated to meeting the pharmaceutical needs of hospice patients. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and high‑quality care, we want to hear from you.
Schedule10 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week with weekend rotations once fully trained.

Responsibilities- Enter, access, and verify data accuracy in pharmacy and PBM systems to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Establish and maintain patient medication profiles, keeping detailed and up-to-date records of prescriptions and therapies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly answering phone calls and responding to requests from colleagues, patients, nurses, physicians, hospice personnel, and network pharmacy callers.
- Support efficient business workflow by sustaining high productivity levels and producing error‑free work.
- Maintain formulary documents and tools, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for clinical and operational use.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Pharmacy Technician license as required by state.
- Prior data entry experience.
- Familiarity with standard pharmacy concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to operate a computer; recognize and identify medications.
- Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, and strong oral and written communication skills.
USD $18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
