Overview

OnePoint Patient Care is hiring a Full Time Pharmacy PBM Tech in Glenview, IL! Join our closed‑door pharmacy team where you'll work in a non‑retail environment, dedicated to meeting the pharmaceutical needs of hospice patients. Schedule

10 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week with weekend rotations once fully trained.

Responsibilities
  • Enter, access, and verify data accuracy in pharmacy and PBM systems to ensure compliance and patient safety.
  • Establish and maintain patient medication profiles, keeping detailed and up-to-date records of prescriptions and therapies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly answering phone calls and responding to requests from colleagues, patients, nurses, physicians, hospice personnel, and network pharmacy callers.
  • Support efficient business workflow by sustaining high productivity levels and producing error‑free work.
  • Maintain formulary documents and tools, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for clinical and operational use.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Pharmacy Technician license as required by state.
  • Prior data entry experience.
  • Familiarity with standard pharmacy concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to operate a computer; recognize and identify medications.
  • Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, and strong oral and written communication skills.
Salary

USD $18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
