Caregiver; Client-to-Client Shifts – Palatine & Northwest Suburbs, IL | Senior Community

Job Description

Join our team as a Caregiver providing client-to-client care within a senior community. If you're compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping older adults maintain their independence, we'd love to hear from you!

We are hiring caregivers from Palatine, Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Mount Prospect, Prospect Heights, Des Plaines, Hoffman Estates, and the surrounding Northwest Suburbs.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility as needed
• Travel between assigned clients within the senior community during your shift
• Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition

• Previous caregiving, CNA, or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
