Position: In-home Caregivers – Wheeling, IL (Open to Nearby Cities)

In-home Caregiver (Part-Time & Full-Time)

$18/hour

What You'll Do

Provide personalized, non-medical care and companionship that enhances the quality of life for seniors living at home.

Your Responsibilities May Include:
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
  • Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
  • Preparing meals and encouraging proper hydration
  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry
  • Offering medication reminders
  • Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
  • Monitoring client well-being and documenting care activities
  • Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
Service Areas

We are currently hiring caregivers who can serve clients throughout the North Shore, including:

  • Evanston
  • Highland Park
  • Skokie
  • Wilmette
  • Winnetka
  • Glencoe
  • Northbrook
  • Glenview
  • Deerfield
  • Morton Grove
  • Niles
  • Park Ridge
  • Surrounding North Shore communities

Candidates who are comfortable traveling between client homes are strongly preferred.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience within the past 2 years
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
  • Valid Driver's License or State
  • Smartphone for communication and care documentation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
