Description
In accordance with Illinois law, the compensation and benefits for this position are as follows:
Pay Range$19.00 – $19.00 per hour
Compensation within this range will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and other job‑related factors consistent with applicable law.

Scheduling ExpectationsWork schedules for this position are based on business needs and may vary, including:
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Shifts based on occupancy levels, events, and seasonal demand

RequirementsCustomer and Personal Service:
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
Wrist‑Finger Speed:
The ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
Handling and Moving Objects:
Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
Trunk Strength:
The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing. Performing General Physical
Activities:
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
