You will coordinate with the Sales/Catering Manager, oversee banquet staff, manage scheduling, and ensure safe, compliant operations including liquor service and regulatory adherence.
Minimum 1 year of progressive hotel banquet experience and a high school diploma required;
Alcohol Awareness Certification preferred.
