Job DescriptionThis contract Recruiter role supports full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate and operational functions. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire top talent while managing the recruiting process from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer administration.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate requirements, and drive hiring decisions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Facilitate background checks, pre-employment activities, and onboarding processes.
- Provide recruiting coordination and administrative support to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, professional, or business environment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and partnering with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and Excel.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS);
Oracle Recruiting experience is a plus. - Bachelor's degree preferred;
Associate's degree with relevant experience will be considered.
