Mechanical Engineer ; On-Site

Position: Mechanical Engineer 1 (On-Site)
The Systems Support Analyst plays a critical role in managing escalated technical issues for Bel Fuse employees, utilizing the department's systems support work order system to ensure efficient resolution. We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team and support a wide range of technical initiatives. This position is ideal for a seasoned IT Professional with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.

Candidates with expertise in systems, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, application support, or general IT operations are encouraged to apply. The Systems Support Analyst will also be working closely with the North America IT Manager to resolve and administer the business's technical infrastructure. This role supports all US-based facilities and coordinates globally with other members of the IT team under the direction of the IT Manager of North America.

Are You Looking To:

* Field service-calls and handle technical escalations daily.

* Compile, write and maintain written documentation. Information Systems Standards and Policies used throughout the entire organization.

* Install, upgrade, and maintain network workstations, servers, laptops, cell phones and PC software as needed.

* Translate technical details from occasional 'non-technical' requests from the user community.

* Aid in moves, additions, and changes in Microsoft's Active Directory.

What You'll Need:

* 2 Year Degree in Computer Science or Technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* 2+ years of experience in Information Systems.

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities across diverse technologies,

* Experience with enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, virtualization platforms, networking equipment, or security solutions.

* Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

* Compensation range of $30.23 - $40.86 hourly. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
